How do I download my purchase?
You can download your purchases at any time by logging into your Blog Pixie account which you created at checkout. Please click the following button:
If you purchased an item that isn’t listed as “Instant Download”, please make sure you have provided your email address associated with that purchase (for it to be sent to you).

To purchase a product in the Blog Pixie shop, you simply need to add the items you like to your cart.
Once youβre ready to purchase, head to your cart and as youβre checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. Itβs the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.
As soon as your payment has processed, you will be able to download your files immediately.
Just go to your account, click the βdownloadsβ link to the left and all your purchases will be listed there, ready to download.
For large products or Canva templates, you will download a PDF document. This will include a button link to Dropbox or Canva (depending on what you have purchased) which will take you to your product.
You must download your purchases within 3 months of purchase.
You will also receive a confirmation email with the download link. If you canβt find this email, it could be in your spam/junkmail folder or you may have entered your email address incorrectly when checking out.
For all Instant Download items you must download your purchase within 3 months of placing the order. The expiry date will be listed in your order confirmation email and within your account.
It is your responsibility to download your files within that time and keep them safe. Please backup your files somewhere such as on a USB or in Dropbox.
Files cannot be re-sent or made available to download beyond 3 months of purchase.
All prices shown on blogpixie.com are listed in USD. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit card using Stripe, or through a secure Paypal checkout.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at blogpixie.com, I do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned.
Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand.
If a downloadable item is no longer showing in your account, it means the item is no longer available from Blog Pixie. It is your responsibility to download your entire digital purchase within a reasonable time of your purchase and to keep your files in a safe place.
If you try to download your order several years after purchasing, it is unlikely the files will still be available.
Blog Pixie does not guarantee lifetime access to digital downloads within your account.
You know your business better than me! You know how you want it to look, the vibe you want it to have, what details you need. You are the best person to choose what you want π Most items at Blog Pixie are completely customizable so you can change them up to suit you (if something isn’t perfectly suited).

If you have an Etsy Account you can download your purchases from the Purchases And Reviews section of your Etsy Account. If you checked out as a guest the download link will be sent to the email address you placed your order with (in the confirmation email you received).
You can’t download from the Etsy App. You must be signed into Etsy.com in the web browser on your phone or desktop.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Canva is an easy-to-use design program for editing design documents. You can use it to create so many things for your business such as social media graphics, videos, eBooks, prints and so much more. It’s similar to Photoshop but much easier to use.
Canva is a drag and drop style program, where you can start with a blank canvas (like an artboard) and choose graphics, text and colors to drop into the space. You can also start with a template, where the design is already done for you.
Blog Pixie has a range of Canva templates available for your business materials such as Instagram post templates, Thank you card templates, Business card templates and more.
A template is a pre-made design which you can edit yourself. You can change colors, fonts, text, graphics, images as well as move and remove within the design.
Templates are great as the design work is already done for you! Using a template will save you a tonne of time and you can do the fun part, which is styling it up to suit your brand!

SHOPIFY QUESTIONS
Make sure you are installing the correct file and it must be zip folder. The Installation Guide you received with your purchase will tell you what file you should be uploading to Shopify.

WIX QUESTIONS
Within 48 hours! You will receive an email from Wix to the email address you provided at checkout.
Once that email has been sent you have 3 days to accept the transfer or it will expire.
Please search for an email from Wix in your email account – it could be in the Inbox, Spam/Junkmail, Social or Promotions folders.
If your email address is on a custom domain (eg. you@yourwebsite.com) sometimes Wix doesn’t send the transfer, please contact me and I will give you the direct transfer link which will take you to the template immediately.
You can revert to a previous saved version of your site with this tutorial here.
With Wix you have to manually edit the mobile version as you go – it doesn’t automatically change when you edit the desktop version.
As you make edits on the desktop version, switch over to the mobile view to make sure it looks good on there as well, then make the necessary edits where needed.
Squarespace QUESTIONS
You would have been sent two emails to the email address you entered in the Order Notes box at checkout. One email is from the sender Squarespace, and the other is from the sender Blog Pixie. Please check your Spam/Junkmail folder in case they ended up in there.
If you still can’t find the two emails, please contact me and I will confirm your email address for the transfer to make sure it is correct.
A Squarespace template can only be sent to you as a new website, it can’t be added into a website you already have. It can be sent to your current Squarespace account (you can have as many sites as you like in the one Squarespace account).
If you already have a domain through Squarespace (eg. www.yourwebsite.com), you can transfer the domain to the new website (so when people type in your domain they land at the new website instead of your old one).
When you purchase a plan on Squarespace, you are purchasing it for a particular site within your Squarespace account.
If it has been less than 30 days since you purchased the plan, you can request a refund and then purchase a plan on the new website/template.
